Can we see the lake from our condo?
Absolutely,
that's what we're known for! Guests at our condos have a
breath-taking view of Table Rock Lake from each deck/patio of
all units. Treehouse Condominiums is located on
Indian Point's resort area, an excellent lakeside retreat
surrounded by water on three sides
with plenty of natural beauty to help you relax and enjoy
your surroundings. Listen to the breeze blow, catch
the sunset over Table Rock Lake, take in all that the
backwoods has to offer.
What is supplied in the condos?
Most everything
you need except food! Our condos have fully equipped
kitchens including microwave, stove, oven, refrigerator,
dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, pots, pans, dishes,
silverware, glasses, etc.
Studio units have an
economy kitchen with microwave, 2-burner stovetop, small
refrigerator, coffee maker, toaster, pots, pans, dishes,
silverware, glasses, etc. All your linens are supplied
as well which includes bedding, blankets, pillows, towels,
etc.
How far are you from Branson and Silver Dollar City?
Branson shows
and activities are only about 5 miles. Silver Dollar
City is only 1 mile with traffic-free access!
Do you sell Silver Dollar City tickets?
Yes, we do.
In fact, our tickets are 2 days for the price of one!
(2nd day's visit can be within 3 days of 1st visit.) From time to time, we offer
special package deals for Silver Dollar City which include
season pass holders as well.

Can we hold our family reunion there? Is there a
large room we can gather in and use?
Yes, and yes. We
hear this question a lot from those in charge of planning a
family reunion or get-together. With our many lodging
options, we can accommodate any number from just a few to
large groups.
We offer a quiet community with family-friendly values for
those memorable family moments.
Our large
club room accommodates approximately 50 people, complete
with full kitchen including stove, oven, microwave, indoor
grill, dishwasher, pots, pans, cooking utensils, etc.
It has a TV/sitting room which accommodates approximately 20
people. Outside is a large patio area
located next to the pool with a charming gazebo designed
for lounging and relaxing. Everyone will enjoy our
large pool which has plenty of deck space to recline and
catch the sun or sit and watch the fun and games in the
pool.
Can we hold our corporate meeting,
business or church event there? Is there a large
meeting room we can use?
Yes, and yes. We welcome business travelers and church
groups. We have several that come each year! With our many
lodging options, we can accommodate any number from just a
few to large groups. We offer a quiet
community with plenty of variety in lodging choices. Plus,

Are you open all year?
Yes, Treehouse is open
all year long! We never close! In fact, if
you're looking for a nice peaceful getaway, we're the
perfect place. Just sit back and enjoy our terrific
lakeside view of Table Rock Lake during any season!
In fall, enjoy the
changing colors of the leaves and many craft festivals in
the area. Winter offers a cozy, holiday retreat to
take in all of Branson's Ozark Mountain Christmas
activities. January/February is a great time to
getaway for Hot Winter Fun in Branson, plus take advantage
of our reduced rates and slow Branson traffic! Spring
is full of life and new buds. And, summer - well,
that's when Branson and Table Rock Lake get hoppin' but you can
still take in our quiet surroundings after all the hustle
and bustle of the Branson Area and Lake activities!!
Do you have Internet Service available?
Yes, we have
FREE WIRELESS INTERNET for our whole complex, so if you
have a laptop with wireless capabilities, you can access
anytime! Otherwise, if you didn't bring your computer
with you, we have Internet service available in the office
during office hours.
Do you accept pets?
Unfortunately,
we do not. We love dogs and cats but not everyone does.
Plus, some have severe allergies. If you need to
kennel your animal, please check our
Indian Point Information page for
kennels in the area.
Do you have non-smoking units?
Yes, all of our rental units are smoke-free! However, we do allow smoking on
the outside deck area.
Do you have a pool?
Yes, we have a large
outdoor pool that measures
20 feet wide by 40 feet long. The deep end is 8
feet and the shallow end is 3 feet. However,
there is no diving board or slide.
It is surrounded by a spacious deck area which
overlooks Table Rock Lake and has ample deck
furniture to enjoy lounging. Pool closes at
10pm each night. It's generally open Memorial Day to Labor Day,
but if the weather is nice, we'll open it early and late.
Just call if you are coming during the Spring/Fall season,
and we'll be glad to let you know.
We also have an INDOOR
luxurious hot tub with seating for seven (7) or,
"get
fit" using our Endless Lap Swimming Spa. An
amazing aquatic exercise machine - a virtual
underwater gym - that provides an amazing amount
of hydrotherapy exercises. Use it to swim laps,
of course, and any style you choose, from
freestyle to butterfly to backstroke and more.
But you can also use the Aquatic Fitness System
to walk, jog, run, stretch, strength train and
more! Hot Tub and Pool closes at 10pm each
night. Located in our newest building, #14.
Are your condos handicap accessible?
Our condominiums are not
designated as handicap accessible, but they are customer
friendly. We have several buildings with elevators and
walk-in units that have easy access with no stairs.
What are your Check-in/Check-out times?
Check-in time is 3:00 pm and Check-out time is 10:00 am.
Can we put our boat in there? Do you rent boats or
boat slips?
Short answer:
No, But you can pick up/drop off passengers here. Some
units offer FREE 10' x 24' or 10' x 28' boat slips with

We have a walking
path to the lakeshore and a service road that reaches close
to the lake where you can drop off/pick up passengers for
boating and/or fishing expeditions.
Located just a
mile from Treehouse Condos here on Indian Point are two
marinas where you can launch your boat:
Indian Point Marina and Table Rock Lake Marina
They offer great
service for those wishing to enjoy Table Rock Lake.
Swimming, skiing, scuba diving, fishing, and more are all
available nearby. Rent anything from a paddle boat,
fishing boat to jet skis, pontoons or ski boats! Plus,
boat slips are available at the Marinas as well as a wide
variety of boating supplies and equipment.
Professional guide services are offered for the serious
fisherman.
What's your cancellation policy?
$20
cancellation fee applied to any reservations cancelled.
Deposit is non-refundable if cancellation is made within 10
days of arrival date (without management approval). Early Departures are
Non-Refundable.
Are your condos timeshares? Do
you have timeshares?
No, Treehouse is a
residential community. Each condominium is
individually owned. In fact, most of our owners live
here year round, with only about one-third of them offering
condo rentals. We don't have time shares or lengthy
sales meetings. Just come, sit back, relax and enjoy
our incredible view of Table Rock Lake!
